Busy Bees carry’s out a free on-site quotation at your home, where we can discuss any requirements you may need and to arrange a convenient date and time to suit you for our cleaning services to commence. Our Domestic home cleaning services that we provide is a minimum of 2 hour visit per week. Cleaning chemicals are usually provided by the domestic customers as they usually have a preference in brands and products.
Our aim is to provide you with the same cleaner for each regular visit; this provides the necessary continuity of service and allows our staff to have regular cleaning tasks that can be achieved enabling them to have pride in their work, which our clients benefit from. Our clients also feel a sense of security with the same staff member each week. In the event that your cleaner is ill or on holiday, we will endeavour to provide you with another member of staff. Your cleaner is responsible for making their own way to and from your home, with a pre-arranged date and time of clean. Access to your property is discussed beforehand.
Caron and Amy (Both directors of Busy Bees) employ our cleaners directly interviewing every staff member and not recruiting from agencies. We recruit staff locally based to the contract and aim to pair up staff and customer to fit everyone’s needs. We also ensure all staff our fully vetted prior to employment. All staff are uniformed, and fully insured.
Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter – there’s always a good time to give your home a good clean. Busy Bees can provide your home with a full Spring clean; we can pull out furniture to clean behind and under, wipe down skirting boards, tiles and paint work, hoover carpets from corner to corner, clean windows and window frames and make sure they sparkle, kitchen cupboards cleaned. Bathroom utilities cleaned and limescale removed.
However, we can provide all cleaning chemicals, cleaning machinery, cleaning consumables and safety COSHH data sheets if you prefer. This is only a labour charge only service.
Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
Busy Bees have cleaned carpets and upholstery since 1998 in Domestic and Commercial premises. We use the latest portable hot water extraction machine and our operators are fully trained and continually updated through day courses in all aspects of stain removal, Carpet and Upholstery cleaning.
Your carpet and upholstery take in dirt and grim every day, and much of the built-up gets is buried deep within the carpet. This reduces the life of your carpet and increases the chances of harbouring harmful mites and bacteria. With our hot water extraction carpet machines we can brighten up your home and kill any bacteria living in your carpets and Upholstery. Using hot water on your carpet can stimulate any fleas still in the property, which is why after carpet cleaning we can also provide De-Flea treatment after if it is required.
