We deal with many different types of commercial and local Bath and Frome businesses and properties so we understand that every client is unique. This is why we will tailor a cleaning contract to the clients needs. - Minimum cleaning contracts undertaken is 2 hours per visit.
We employ our cleaners directly and not from cleaning agencies, we also make sure all staff our fully vetted prior to employment. All staff are uniformed, and fully insured. We recruit staff locally from Frome, Bath or based locally to the contract.
Our cleaning staff are given the original specification to follow, although we discuss and make a specification at the beginning of your tender we find most commercial clients along the line will need to make small changes or one off variations which we are always happy to do.
We normally provide our own branded cleaning chemicals, cleaning machinery, and cleaning consumables eg. Clothes, mop heads and bucket. This saves the client from purchasing additional cleaning supplies and part testing machinery. We do however; require a lockable storage space for security and Health & Safety reasons.
