Our operators are fully trained and continually updated though day courses on all aspects of stain removal, carpet and upholstery cleaning. We employ our cleaners directly and not from agencies, we also make sure all our staff are fully vetted prior to employment. All staff are uniformed, and fully insured. Your carpet and upholstery take a beating every day. Dirt builds up. Much of the dirt is buried deep within the pile. As well as damaging the pile and reducing the life of your carpet, the dirt could also be harboring harmful mites and bacteria.

After Cleaning
Carpets and upholstery will be slightly damp after cleaning. This is quite normal, they should dry out within one to three hours depending on the carpet type, how much cleaning has been required and what cleaning method has been used. Some carpets may take longer to dry.
What To Do
Allow some outside air into the room and leave windows slightly open. Have the heating turned on but not to high. The combination of warm and cool air reduces drying time. Try not to walk on carpets for 2 hours. Keep children and pets away from area for as long as possible. If you need to walk on the carpet for any reason try to avoid wearing outdoor shoes as they can lead to “re-soiling” and flatten the newly raised carpet pile.
Upholstery Cleaning
After cleaning, sofas and chairs will be slightly damp. We leave the cushions standing on their sides to allow ventilation. When dry cushions should be replaced and the upholstery will be ready for use. Keep children and pets away from upholstery during drying time.
